
General Terms and Conditions
These general terms and conditions apply to any person entering the Leisure Park. The sale is deemed concluded on the date of acceptance of the service provision by the Park Management. Prior to this date, these terms are made available to customers in accordance with Article L113-3 of the Consumer Code. Any sale implies unconditional acceptance of these general conditions, which prevail over all other conditions unless expressly agreed by the Management.
Services Provided
Park Access / Ticket Sales / Reservations
- Park Access: Entry is allowed during the periods, days, and times specified in the annex.
- Ticket Sales:
- On-site purchase: Tickets can be bought at the park’s entrance on the day of visit, with the purchase being final and non-refundable.
- Advance reservation: A booking must be accompanied by a deposit and a signed quotation returned 15 days prior to the scheduled date. Confirmation is subject to receipt of the signed quotation with the Park’s stamp, date of access, and payment of the deposit. All accepted reservations are final and non-refundable.
- Online purchase: Payments via credit card can be made directly through our website.
Prices
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, prices are those in effect at the time of booking, fixed and non-negotiable, expressed in euros including all taxes.
Payment Methods
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, ticket payments can be made by check, cash, credit card, bank transfer, or money order, under the following conditions:
- Full payment on the day of entry.
- For advance reservations: A 20% deposit is required, with the balance due on the day of entry.
- For public institutions: Payment can be made via an official purchase order.
No entry will be allowed without full payment. A receipt will be provided. In case of cancellation by the customer, deposits will not be refunded and will be retained as compensation.
Park Closure / Activity Suspension / Capacity
The Park Management reserves the right to close the Park or suspend activities for safety reasons, force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances, without liability. In case of a pre-booked visit being canceled due to park closure, deposits will be refunded.
For safety reasons, the park’s capacity is limited to 300 visitors using the provided safety equipment. Priority access is granted to pre-booked visitors. Once capacity is reached, new admissions will only be allowed as equipment is returned by exiting guests.
Liability
Safety rules and equipment usage instructions are posted at the park entrance and at each activity station. The Management reserves the right to exclude any visitor not complying with these rules.
- The Park declines all responsibility in case of non-compliance with safety guidelines, improper use of equipment, or misuse.
- Children under 14 years old must be supervised by accompanying adults.
- School groups, leisure centers, and organizations are under the responsibility of their supervisors, who must ensure safety compliance.
- The Park is not liable for lost or stolen personal belongings (clothing, cameras, glasses, keys, etc.).
- Any complaints should be addressed to the customer service department. If a satisfactory response is not received within 60 days, the client may contact the Tourism and Travel Mediator via www.mtv.travel.
Snack Bar
The snack bar operates as per the schedule provided in the annex. Meal reservations are available upon request and subject to availability.
Parking
A non-supervised parking area is available for visitors. The Management declines responsibility for theft, loss, or damage to vehicles or belongings.
